Parade, Gramma, Kelly Clarkson and 5k

So, we have been pretty busy these past few weeks. We have been out and about, even though the weather has made it a little harder than we would have liked. Don't get me wrong, I like rain, but not weeks and weeks of it. That is why I don't live in Seattle. Anyway, we were able to have my mom come stay while I packed a little...slowly but surely we are packing up our home. We are also trying to get ready for Hawaii, which will be a great break from all the craziness. Flavio and I were able to run a 5k and we both did great for our first time. We both came in just under 35 minutes! Yay, us! I would like to improve that time by several minutes and we hope to find a 5k to run later on this summer. We were then able to go to a Kelly Clarkson Concert at UVU, it was fun and something Flavio and I had never done together. We had great seats and didn't get rained on at all! It was fun! Thanks Babe!

Together...forever...

So we had the great opportunity this last Friday to have Lia sealed to us. It was a beautiful ceremony with many people we love...and those that didn't make it were in our hearts :) Hannah was able to be a part of the whole thing and I hope it is something she will always remember. I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father. He allows us to have the opportunity to be together forever with those that we love. I know that the Temple is a house of God. I feel the spirit so strongly there. I am grateful for my family. And I hope we always stay worthy of the blessings of the temple, so that we can be together forever.

It is official!

It is official! Lia is now legally ours! We have been her family for 7 months now. She has grown so much and we cannot imagine life without her. She truly was meant to be with us. Her little smile and personalty just brighten our lives. We love her so much and now we can't wait to be sealed to her in the temple. She is truly our second miracle child! How lucky are we?!

Mini Tigeress Woods, Baseball and Lia

Doesn't she just make you smile? What a little joy she has been...we love Lia so much!
So, we were able to play a little softball this past weekend...I had so much fun. We did okay...but I hope to do better next time...Thanks Jeff for putting it all together.
The cutest little softball player ever...
Hannah and her dad have started golfing in our back yard...Hannah just loves it. Who knows...maybe she will be the next Tigeress Woods.

Hannah took this picture of her dad...pretty good I thought. She usually only gets the lower half of our bodies. So I was a little proud that this one turned out great.

Her first Barbie doll!
A group of happy kids!

Okay, so Hannah had a great weekend with family and friends. We went to Build-a-Bear (which was awesome for birthdays!) then my dad came up and Hannah's aunt and uncle came over to celebrate! She seemed to love everything and as most of you know she told everyone about her birthday. That is all she talked about for days. It is such a fun age, they understand what is going on and as a mom, it makes it that much more fun! Thank you everyone for celebrating with us and wishing her a happy birthday. I love being a mom of a 3 year old (most of the time)

Hannah is turning 3!

Where does the time go? My baby is turning 3 years old this Sunday. How can I express how grateful I am to have her in our lives. We shed so many tears and went through so much to get her here. And now she is turning 3! Time is a crazy thing. We love her more than ever now and she keeps us busy and laughing. She is so smart and kind. She loves her little sister, Lia. She is full of energy and questions. She loves to dance, play ball and anything that keeps her moving. She has such a sweet spirit. She loves to pray and go to church. I love my two girls and I thank God everyday for them. Happy Birthday Hannah! We love you!
