Some cute pictures of my girls

I love this picture...Lia is looking at Hannah like she is nuts, while Hannah's hair is showing it's true self. Got to love the hair...

Lia wasn't too excited for these pictures...but I think it is still cute :) Merry Christmas everyone!

Lia

Lia's birth mother at the last second (literally) decided to give us the greatest gift: Lia. She selflessly gave up her rights and we now have two beautiful daughters forever. Thank you for those who prayed and fasted for us. The case workers said they felt the Spirit so strong there and moments before the hearing, Lia's birth mother said that she would go through with it. Thank you for all your love and support...it has been a crazy ride.

Fun at the Polar Express

So we had a great time with a few of Hannah's favorite friends. Heidi put on a great, fun party for our girls. Thank you Heidi. We made trains and Christmas links, had yummy snacks, colored Christmas pictures, danced and watched Polar Express. We had so much fun and then to top it all off, Santa stopped by!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

So, I wanted to thank all of you who were able to make it out to my baby shower, Amy Kawa, Mandy Dean and Emily Poulson gave me and Lia. Thank you so much for the wonderful gifts and all of your heart felt friendship. This has been one of the hardest and most wonderful journeys of my life. The love and support we have received from our friends and neighbors has been a huge blessing in our lives. We don't know how we can thank you all enough for all that you have done for us and our girls. We love you and will be forever grateful for you!

Christmas in the President's room

I just love seeing Flavio with his girls...this picture says it all. And down below is Hannah's cute face...oh, how we love that girl :)
So we were able to go to Flavio's work's Christmas Party last weekend. It was held in the Joseph Smith building in the President's Room, a room I had never seen. It was cool seeing all the Prophets of our Church look down on us. What a great time we had. The kids had a great time with Mrs. Claus and Santa. We all got a lot of great gifts and had a lot of fun. Merry Christmas Digicert!

We are truly blessed with wonderful friends...

Here is the awesome ladybug Beth made for me, it will match Lia's room perfectly...thank you to all that participated in making it :)

Here is the sign the Sniders and the Poulsons made for us when we came home...unfortunately we didn't tell anyone we were coming home so they had to do it a few days after we got back :) sorry...also, I want to thank that person, you know who you are, for printing the sign out for us! I just don't want to name names so you don't have everyone wanting one from you :)

I just want to write a little about some of the most amazing friends we have...the Sniders and the Poulsons. They are always doing wonderful things for us and helping us when we need help. I know I can count on them for anything. I am so thankful to all of our friends out here in Eagle Mountain. We feel so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful and humble people. These two families do more for all of us than you may know...they have truly blessed our lives and I will always be grateful for our friendship. Thank you so much for all you did while we were away, and thank you for the beautiful gifts you made for our new little one. We love you.

It has been awhile...

So, I finally added as many people as I had emails for that I think would like to see our blog. I have some fun pictures to show, but my dad is the one that took the pictures, so I will need to wait until he sends them to me. I do however have some great pictures of Lia...enjoy.
